XCam or XCam InstantON?

How long does it take the XCam2 to warm up?
Is it worth the extra 40 bucks for the
instantON version?

With the regular XCam2, when switching
cameras, you may notice a 1-2
second "fuzzy" or "dark" period before you
get a clear picture.
