Is camera always on?
« on: June 10, 2005, 09:18:42 AM »

I've put a wireless camera connected to a
Ninja Pan N Scan near my front door.  The
pan and scan is working great, but I
haven't hook the VCR commander (or iWitness
which I plan on getting) up to the camera
yet.  My questions...

1.  Is the camera always on?
2.  If I want to activate the camera with a
motion sensor, how do I do that?  If the
Pan N Tilt is working off of code A1, is
the camera working off of A1?

Thanks

If you only have one camera, then it will
remain on until it receives an off signal
although I do believe I've seen them turn-
off by themselves.
If you use a motion sensor, some of those
can be set to send an off signal atfer the
time you set.
