Can use X10 230Vac/50Hz in 220Vac/50Hz ?

Do the power connections match your countries outlets?
Most devices have a voltage tolerance. I would think that 220 VAC 50 Hz should work ok. Maybe others that have used it will give better data.

The voltages you give are nominal voltage and they have a wide tolerance.  Going from the 230 to 220 should pose no problems.  Most likely going the other way will be ok as well.
