I haven't set up an account yet, but I have
a couple of questions about the contractor
account. Is there any fee involved or is
this account free and just gives you
aditional discounts for having this
account? Is there a minimum purchase
requirement of any kind?

Kelly,

I signed up for the Contractor account but
everytime I try to log on it tells me I am
not signed in! Also, when I try to sign up
for the $12/year installer program I get a
"505 Internal Server Error". The mailbox for
prosignup@x10.com is full and both emails I
sent bounced back. What do I need to do to
get started??
