I live in the UK where the CM15A is not
available. We do have the CM11U and CM19U. As
advertised these units ship with ActiveHome
software. Does this mean the SDK will also
work with the either of CM11U/CM19U?

I don't think the SDK will work with the
CM15, but not for sure. However the protocol
for communicating with the CM11A is on this
website somewhere and using that, you don't
need the SDK. It is quite trivial, but basic
read and write is quite easy to do to turn
ON and OFF, and read any X10 activity on the
mains.
