Pop Up Window - Problem with Logging in!
« on: April 07, 2006, 02:05:37 PM »

Hello I am setting up a remote site using MyHouse Online and everything works great (almost great) Here is the problem I can log in and out UNTIL that pop up window comes up as a reminder to buy more services...when this window is up it will not login until I close the window then it works fine.

So how do you stop that window from coming up....There should be a selection for NEVER 12 hours does not cut it.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
Richard

Great product just a few bugs!

What pop-up window comes up? What's in it? I didn't think we had any advertising in MyHouse.

OK Its on the main computer that is running the program not the remote. You know its the one that wants you to buy the video etc....on the bottom right hand corner you can select remind me in 4, 8 12 hours thats the pop up.

As soon as a close that it will let the remote login.

There is an option that's the same as "Never" -- it says "Don't remind me." You can also un-check the box that says "Show featured plug-in" in the general preferences.

Hi I just checked the preferences and that box was not checked so I'm not sure why it appears could it have something to do with login in and out?
