Can the MS16A motion sensor work as a stand alone detector with the 7000 console?

No, the MS16A does not work with the security console.

Will not trigger the security console, but I believe, if it is sending on the same house code as the console is set to. It will act as a transceiver and pass the command to the powerline. Just like a TM751 or RR501.
