Title: Turn ON but not OFF?

Well my dad just bought this software and since I am the computer guy in the house, it's my job to get it running.

We currently have 2 of the 3 switches installed.  They are:

(1) PLW01 2-way switch
(1) PLW02 3-way switch

I have tried numerous different combinations of IP codes and they will simply not work whatsoever.  They have incandescent bulbs in them and are in full working order when using the push button manually.

The best I can do is to get the front 2-way switch to only turn on and not even off.  I cannot even get the 3-way to work whatsoever.  You would think this home system would work as advertised.  I am very knowledgeable in the computer area (I build and overclock all of our house computers) as well as know plenty about wireless.

Can someone provide some input on this issue?  It simply isn't working whatsoever.

You are in for some detective work and lots of reading!  ;)
Each homes construction is different so there are many things that can cause problems!
Start by looking for noise,then signal suckers,then phase issues you find links to every thing at the above link!
