Title: Software update issue for Active Pro

Each time I open Active Pro, I get a dialog box telling me of an available updates to version 3.228 and 3.206. When I click to proceed, Active Pro closes, but nothing happens. If I open Active Pro later on, I get the same update message.

Why is the software not updating?
