Title: New Member need some help.

When trying to install AHP I was able to down load it without issues but the problem is when I try to open it I get the following error, please
help.
Could not communicate with network server ERROR 26

i hate to appear completely stupid, but were you connected to the internet at the time?

That would be a good question as I did not give much information. Yes I was logged in we just got high speed and thought ma bee that was an issue so I re-logged in using dial up this did not help. I also turned off the firewall and all anti virus software I could find. I also did a search on this site and they informed me to "ping the software" I also completed this with the following results:

Subject :      Error 26
Pinging SOFTWARE.X10.COM [63.211.210.21] with 32 bytes of data:

Where you connected to the internet. Did you run some virus scans and disable firewalls.

I am having the same problem. I get a slightly different error: "Could not communicate with the netwrok server, error 3". I Also did the ping test and it was successful. I made sure the Windows firewall is disabled, antivirus is up-to-date, all Windows updates are installed. Tried it with and without the antivirus running. Turned off anti-spyware software. Etc. I can get to any other website fine. Any suggestions?  ???
