I am using housecodes C and E. I have a
dozen devices on C, and two on E.
Everything on C works just fine, and
nothing on E works at all. Is there some
trivial thing that I have forgotten to do
in order to "energize" the E addresses so
that they can work too?
Thanks

Try turning on an electric oven, dryer or
some other 220V appliance and see it it
works. I had to put a phase coupler to get
some of my outlets to work reliably.

Thanks. I have had a phase coupler on for
some time.

Check to see if the house code is checked
in Preferences. Can you control the "E"
addresses from within AHP at all? Change
the "E" addresses to "C" addresses and see
if you can control them. Change a
working "C" address and see it you can
still control it. Change to module to see
if it is faulty. Are you able to
activate "E" addresses with a remote?

Make sure you have specified the correct
module in AHP eg: if they are appliance
modules or lamp modules or transcievers. If
you told AHP one of the modules on "E" and
it isn't then nothing on "E" will work!

Thanks everyone for the help.

Bob: Did you fix the problem?
-
Yes, but i would say that the problem "went
away" rather than that "I fixed it". All
of a sudden, it is working properly, but I
can't identify anything that I did to make
it work!! A little bizarre.
