I think... we get more and more of these "other brand" posts. Many just pop on and write a bash or two... never asking for.. or looking for help or a fix. Just a post designed to get bad (and often incorrect) information about X10 to the search engines. X10's forum is by FAR the most read and most posted to, Home Automation information source on the Internet.

As long as we're making corrections to the post, I think it should say "Vester Net has..."
That said, I generally try to stay away from grammatical corrections because I tend to make as many or more than anyone else. ;)

Good catch! When I checked out the http://vesternet.blogspot.com/ link, nothing jumped out as immediately interesting to me but it seemed to at least be automation related so I thought it might to be interesting someone else. i.e. There's enough of a reasonable relevance to home automation to not rule it as just a self prompting post.

I often look at the posters other posts when a post "looks out of place" to me. This guys only other post was a few days ago... when he recommended a product that X10 doesn't market.
I don't think the world will end if we don't boot these forum pretenders (IF ...that is what they actually are) from the forum. Nor do I think it would hurt if we just deleted the posts.
Or.... maybe I should post some nice tips... about how to save BIG on the cost of Home Automation using X10 devices... over at Zig Bee forum.
