Thought I had this licked but new problem has surfaced.

I have 2 cams.

Cam D1 is about 25 feet further from the reciever than D2.

Both are generally same direction from reciever-maybe a 20 deg angle different.

Problem-Cam D1 over-rides D2--(I know D2 works fine when D1 is unpluged. But when both are plugged in D2 "tries" to work, but D1 takes over.

Am thinking that possibly I change D2n to D4 would work-

Any comments please.

With wireless cameras and a single receiver you can only have one on at a time. Do your cameras have addressable power supplies? Are you using any hardware / software to control them?

No software, but do have transciever and remote.

Then it appears that your signals from the Transceiver to (at least) one of your camera's power supplies is not getting through. Since you have them set within a group (D1 & D2), only one should be able to be on at any point.

Sounds like a PLC signal noise or a signal sucker problem.

Strange--it workked for a few days, then this happened-

If I move the transciever, could that help--

What is PLC and signal sucker??

Signal sucker can be anything that may absorb X10 Power Line signals.
Power line noise makers can mask the X10 signal on the power line.
Anything new in the home lately? Like a TV cellphone charger etc.? New surge suppressor or plug strip?
