The CM15K is X10's attempt to get around the lack of CM15A  transceivers.   It's a CM19A interface and a TM751 Transceiver to put signals on the powerline to control modules.  The CM19 and the TM751 need to be on the same outlet to work.  Most houses electric service is 220 volts and half the house is on two 110 volt phases.

The CM19A does not connect to the AC outlet. It is powered by the USB port.

Try your modules in the same outlet as the TM751 is in. The TM751 takes RF commands from the CM19A or HR12A Palm pad and sends them on the power lines. If they work in the same outlet. You have some power line issues as Dan said.

Dan / Brian thanks for your response... that was my initial question, the package ai bought didnt include the  wireless Transceiver Module (TM751) , only the modules listed on the first question, so, i think i will need to order an TM751 to use my modules?... :(

Thanks again..

No you should not have to order a TM751 as it is part of the CM15K.
The CM15K should be a CM19A USB Interface for the computer and a TM751 Tranceiver for the power lines.
If you did not get both the CM19A and TM751 as the CM15K Kit. You may have been short changed.

Its all clear Brian... I received the CM19A USB Interface for the computer but not the TM751 Tranceiver for the power lines on my package.

Will contact X10 customer support

Thanks for your help

Well that explains why nothing works.
The TM751 takes the RF commands from the CM19A and HR12A and send them on the power lines for the modules to be controlled.

I would use a RR501 Transceiver as they are better than the TM751 if you must use one.

I (and I'm sure plenty of others here, also) agree with Dan's recommendation.
However, since you PAID for a TM751, and X10 didn't send it, I think your first option should be to try and get X10 to send you the item you paid for.

However, if they don't seem to be responsive to that request (if you can't get through to them on the phone, others have reported fast responses when posting to their Facebook page), you should get your credit card company involved right away. If you paid for something they didn't send, and they don't seem to be willing to send it (or to refund your money for it), then contest the charge with your credit card company. They can pressure X10 to either correct the issue, or give the refund. In the case of a refund, the credit card companies will often grant you the refund, and THEN chase after the vendor to get their money back.
