between the WS467 and the PLWO1-W

WS467 is the X10 model number and PLW01-W is the X10Pro model. Same electrically from all I have read. Both since 2007 have had the soft start feature.
X10Pro at one time had a two year warranty, but I have not checked lately.

thanks for the reply the WS467 is about halg the price of the pro one so i wasnt sure what to get. if they are basicly the same other than warrenty i will stick with the cheaper one i think.

Just one point. Both only work with incandescent type bulbs. As they get power though the load [light bulb]. So low power lights and CFLs do not work with them.

Thats not a problem im not to fond of CFLs right not. I had one catch on fire on me.

I have only seen ws467 in white you can get the other in ivory if it matters to you.   Some e bay have them for good price.
