I cannot view live video from any remote pc. I suspect my server is not actually allowing the upload??? I use Computer Associates Internet Security Suite AND Spyware Terminator. Does anyone know what I should set this to or is that really my issue. I do have AHP ver 3.236 with iWatch plugin. I can usually log in remotely and see my modules and rooms but no live video.

If you running a router in your setup that most likely is the issue!
I wrote about this when MyHouse was first released A search of the MyHouse section should reveal the post!
Since All routers have different configurations the exact settings will vary! ::) :'

Anyways:
Look into port forwarding, permissions, and advanced security settings (filtering) in your routers setup screen!

I am using a SPEADSTREAM 6520 DSL/modem/router?
I don't know if it means anything but I can connect to the home pc from the work pc using logmein and there I can view video.

The problem apparently was software related as I had to do a clean and reinstall this week and since have been able to connect with about 33% reliability and once connected 100% control however still working on getting better picture quality.
