Title: Video driver loss with reboot
Post by: x10challanged on March 15, 2008, 09:08:35 AM
I have been using the video converter and cameras for a few weeks now and it seems pretty much everytime I reboot my computer I lose the video driver and have to reinstall it.  I use XP Pro.  Any ideas why this happens?

Don't reboot...

OK I think your computer is rejection the driver. I would try this, Uninstall the driver and Unplug the adapter, then reinstall the driver then plug in the adapter in a DIFFRENT USB Port. Try going in to your bios settings and change the settings back to defult. Let me know how this turns out. Have you try ed replacing the VA11a

Thanks for response Priority Support.  That is pretty much what I did a couple days after my post, uninstall and reinstall everything, move to front side USB port - seems to have solved the issue.
