Was x10 supposed to send me a link to
download plug-in? Getting info out of
support is like pulling teeth.

Yes I will come with your registration code
for the plugin

Once they verify your credit card is good
they will email the link and registration
code to you. In my case it took a couple of
days.

X-10 seems to have forgotten me, It's been
a couple of weeks. Who do I contact? No one
seems to respond when I ask for support.

Same thing happened to me. Here's what I
did. Goto this link:
http://www.x10.com/register/download.htm
Enter your email and order # and you will
get an email containing the link to the
download. After installation, when it asks
you to register, I entered either my order
number or my order number with a "1"
appended to it; I don't remember which.
