Title: Help with sensor
Post by: danncas on December 10, 2006, 10:59:37 AM
I have a active eye sensor that turns on my front porch light and the side flood light. The problem is it triggered all the time
The street is at least 30 ft away.  I was trying to create something to stop the sensor from working after 2AM. There is a knob on the sensor but the operation sheet doesn't say what its for. Also it is turned to the min  setting ,what ever it is for.  Anyone have a solution
I have you to understand flags and there seem to be nothing about them in the help F1.

The adjustable control on the ActiveEye (MS16A) is for setting the analog OFF time... this is on the instruction sheet; see under "To Change the delay after motion is detected before an OFF code is transmitted".  ;)

If possible, lower the height of the ActiveEye and / or place some electrical tape across the top portion of the sensor's lens (make it near-sighted).
