Title: DS10A and w800RF32A
Post by: marineau on December 26, 2006, 07:30:17 PM
I know that is possible with w800rf32a to get RF signal from DS10A !

But, I'm not sure... if I have 2 modules DS10A, first for a door, second for windows. Is it possible to know if signal Open or Close if it is for a first or second module ?

In others words, does a 4bytes that a ds10a sent are differents from others for same action ?

I ask you this because DS10A don't have a wheel for adjust HouseCode and UnitCode !

As i know, you have to keep "TEST" button pushed while red led blink twice: it have just generated a new random code for that unit. At this point, opening and closing contacts, you're be able to see what X10 seq is for "open" and what for "close".

The W800RF32A reports 4 bytes, of which 2 are significant.   One is the random address mentioned by O-Zone, the other is the action code with bits for open/close,
min/max, and low battery.
