OK my apologies. Just checked my wall outlet modules out. They are Radio Shack # 61-2685, probably at least eight years old. I have no idea what prior X10 number that maps to. Sorry for the confusion. By the way if you have one of these and it's started to stutter when you turn it on I can tell you how to repair it.
Here's the verbal description of what I did to mine to fix the problem. When you open the unit up you'll find that the upper (stationary) contact in the relay has bent further away from the lower (moveable) one over time because of repeated use. Bend this down slightly so that it is closer to the moveable contact but not so close that it is on all the time. You may have to play with this a bit so that you don't get it so tight that the mechanism has a hard time working.
KEYWORD LIST: For searches. 61-2685, SR227, PA011

Thank you for the helpful information.
I believe the newer ones are different as some have reported the plastic actuation part breaking after being used for awhile.

Possible to get a picture of what part needs to be bent?
I have two of these outlets down.
Thanks!

Things are busy right now because of the holidays. I'll post a picture as soon as I get a chance.

There are some helpful things on this web site including a Super Socket Repair. It sounds like a later revision from what Oldtimer has.
They are showing a plastic part that breaks.

I'm sorry to report that I can't post a picture. I have two of these as spares. One has been repaired but I couldn't get it open again to take a picture because the Philips screw head has been creamed. The other unit, which has the same part number, has a different kind of switch.
