Title: MS14A / MS16A transmit range ??

I have tried using both the MS14A & MS16A for a driveway detector without much luck.The sensor is mounted on a pole 5 feet from driveway, the TM751 is mounted +/- 30 feet from sensor.Is there anyway to extend the transmit range of these ??? Thank's

You could try The Passive Antenna Trick (http://jvde.us/x10/passive.pdf)
Also look to see if there is any large metal object between the 2 devices that will degrade the signal!
Metal lath in the walls and aluminum siding count! ;)
If so move the TM751 so there is a clear line of sight with no metal obstuctions between the 2 devices.
Also the higher you mount the TM751 will increase its range! ;)
