Title: TM13 not transceiving

my TM13 stopped functioning fully. it still receives the radio signal and swicthes the TM13 relay correctly. However, it does not send X10 signals to other devices.
The other devices function correctly when signalled by computer CM11.

please help ?

First is there anything changed in the home. Like a new electronic device? Anything even if it seems to be trivial.
Sounds like the powerline transmitter portion  has failed. You may want to do a few things first to make sure it has not gotten lost by a power glitch.
Try unplugging it for a few minutes to let the power supplies drain down so it has to do a reset start up when reconnected. Also you may want to try it in another outlet closer to a module as a test.
