I can not get the wall switch to operate off the palm pad :-[

What are you using as a Transceiver?
What are the house codes and unit codes of the devices....

For helpful suggestions (and not just a bunch of guesses) please provide as much information as you can, and tell us what you have tried so we don't suggest something that you already know.  ;)
