Title: My interface only works with tge computer on.

I download macro and timers to the CM15A AND TURN OFF THE COMPUTER IT WILL NOT WORK, BUT AS LONG AS THE COMPUTER IS ON IT WORKS, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

Just so we're clear about this, after creating your timers and macros in AHP did you go to the Tools menu and click on "Download timers and macros" ?

If yes, what happens if instead of turning off the computer you just unplug the USB cable from the PC?

The other question that should have been asked is:  Are any of your macros ones that have to be run from the PC, not from the CM15A?

If the answer is YES, then the PC MUST be left on or they won't run.

Here are some stupid responses;

     do you have battery's
     is it plugged in
     do you have the interface recognised by windows.
