I have a 2 yo CM15A unit that will receive and update programming screen but fails to output to any X10 devices.
After hours of trying to get it to work I have decided to throw in the towel
Who do I send it too?

You need to call X10 customer service and get a RMA number. They will give you the shipping address then.
If it is out of warranty you may be better to buy a new one.
