There are several UK users on the forum here that have made conversion via transformers and module mods to work!
you don't need any modification for your motion sensors to work as they transmite RF!
I'm sure some of the other UK users will chime in with exactly how they have  their set up working and where to get the parts needed! ;)

I had thought one of the UK users on here would have replied by now! :( :'(
Unfortunately it isn't uncommon for users to go weeks without checking in!
While your waiting for a responce do an Advanced Search for "UK", or "Europe" it should bring up post from others in the UK and reading their post you might get some ideas.
If not you will at least get some user names who you can Private Message for information! ;)
Also Posting to one of those threads may result in a faster responce as everyone who posted in that thread will be e-mailed that a new post has been added(provided they checked that option)! ;)
