Title: Online way to report missing parts

Hi All
I recently got my order from x10 which i was very excited about, I got one of the four camera set ups but when it got to me items were missing, I work all day and can't get to call and when I went to the online support the lady told me that that support was reserved for pre purchase, is there any way to contact the correct department online and have this issue dealt with, I have been reading the forum and I hope not to go through what some other customers have.

If you realy can't make a phone call (1-800-442-5138) then e-mail support!
techsupport@x10.com
It will take longer but at least you'll have a record of corespondence!
In your e-mail state your order number and all issues you have! ;)
You can also use the contact support online forms (http://www.x10.com/support/technical_support.htm)

Thanks a lot for the assist I don't live in the us, and i am trying to get a small store going but there has been someone breaking in at night I saw the x10 system online and had to have it i think it would really help if I could get a pic of this person and get them on tape. plus I want to try out the home stuff as well. hopefully i will get my items quickly so i can set up

Where are you?  X10USA sells only to the US and Canada.

I live in Barbados I sent then to a friend and he shipped them to me quite a few people here use x10 products really hoping that can sort me out
