Title: Computer Crash

I took over a hotel with a 6 camera X10 installed and working. Following a computer crash I now need to reinstall system on new computer XP Pro. I didn't have original CD so downloaded software. The cameras work ok but the only way I can view the picture is in screen saver mode.  What am I doing wrong with the setup. I feel like a nut as its probably a simple thing. I live in American Samoa so probably no one here could help me.

Can you tell us what X10 interfaces are connected to the computer? Most will have a model label on them.
