Title: New Installation
Post by: Seadawg on April 29, 2008, 08:08:28 PM
I have re installed active home pro. All of my lamp modules are model 6381, except for one which is a plug in module. It is the only one that will respond to the x10 commands. All lights can be controlled with the x10 remotes. I also have a blocking coupler installed in the panel to reduce interference. Any ideas?

What names on on your various modules?

All lamp modules, regardless of what name/model number are all made by the same factory and are all addressed by AHP as a standard lamp module. AHP doesn't care whose name is on the case as long as it's a lamp module.

How have you created them in AHP?

Seadawg,

This is a recurring theme with AHP and the Leviton 6381 switches.

Let us know if your problems are related to Macros/Timers or with the graphical interface (can't toggle the switch from the screen).

Please try re-identifying the units as Appliance modules or Fluorescent wall switches in AHP.  If this functions correctly it will confirm that it's a AHP interface problem and Not signal levels or noise.
