Title: Leave Me ALONE!

Why after purchasing ONE product from X10 do I get over 3 spam messages from them DAILY even after I've asked to have my E-Mail address completely removed from their database?

An old habit X10 has been known for which has caused many ISP to block any thing from them! You'll have to set your mail program to filter mail from them! :(

Did you use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the spam? It should work.

You know..... in my case all that spamming has worked too. Got me hooked on X10!!!

if you use unsubscribe, and it doesn't work... please email me at webmaster@x10.com... i will forward it to the appropriate people to get your name removed.

The repeated spam messages is a problem that we have due our old system. We have been working on the problems.

Buy them from eBay. They are cheaper and you won't get spammed.
Although x-10 spam would be better than what I get now.  :(
