Title: Unable to download latest update

Hello,

I have tried a few times to download the latest AHP update. I click on the update link and it closes AHP the way it normally does but I never get the little install window that normally comes up. When I reload AHP I get the update link again (endless loop). I believe the only thing that has changed on my system is I have installed the latest version of AVG Free antivirus software. No changes to Windows firewall that I know of. Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?

Try turning off the AVG Free antivirus software.  It may be blocking the update.

please can sombody help. when installing myhouse online and onalert i get an error (a newer version of this software is on the server please re-download).
please advise.

Do a search for "a newer version of this software is on the server please re-download)" this is not a new problem, It's been going on for at least two years.  There's lots of information about it.
