Anyone with Vista also have trouble..
I am about ready to just return everything and get my money back already..
Customer services has been extremely lousy..Links not working, never received an email will download link, never received a promised email will the programs, many calls and disconnects to customer service, received finally an email with the exe files..........did not work... >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*< >*<
John, you probably need to expand on what went wrong. Did the email links start downloading? or once you downloaded they gave an error message? did they install and then crash? or you can't get the software to do what you want? There are lots of users here willing to help but your message is a little vague. ;)
I have also run into a similar problem with x10 support.
I got all my hardware today and was very excited to get started.
Listed on the invoice are the ActiveHome Pro, iWatchout Software Modules....etc...
After sending 2 emails with no response and 2 phone calls speaking with Vanessa and ClaudiaD. Who said they were going to email the links I needed to download. I gave 2 different email because they said there was a problem with gmail stripping out ZIP files. So I gave my work email address on an Exchange server that I administer. I still do not have the ActiveHome Software to get my system going. :'
Any sugestions on how I can get the software I payed for and need to setup my new x10 equipment?

After talking in the chat to a few nice people. I was patient and received 3 emails with all my softare and multiple attempts to get me what I needed. Very Happy at the Moment.
Not to get the wife to be happy about the new lighting situation :-D
