Title: Slim line switch vs Palm pad

I have a palm pad remote controlling a (A5) lamp with an LM465. I've been using it for months with no problem
(AHP...CM15A). Tonight, I decided to add a slim line(SS13A)switch, I programmed the switch to A5, but it does not control the lamp. When I watch the activity monitor it shows the "receive RF A5 on", but the lamp doesn't turn on(the switch on the AHP screen turns on). I held the palm pad in one hand and the slim line in  the other,when I push the buttons on the palm pad the light switches on and off, when I do the same with the slim line nothing happens (the activity monitor is showing both remote switches activity, but only the palm pad actually controls the lamp)... ???

Wow, That sorta defies an explaination or logical troubleshooting. Do you have a TM751 you could try instead of the CM15A?

THis won't help solve the problem, but I can confirm having had similar problems in the past - not specifically with the same pair of remotes, but with two different sources of "trigger", where both were received similarly, but one didn't cause anything to happen.  I don't think I ever really found a reproducible explanation, though I think I eventually got around it via some random change.  Whatever causes this, it's not isolated to this one particular setup.

OK, I figured it out.
 I have a TM751 in the garage (A) and a CM15A in the office. What happened is, in AHP, "A" is disabled.
When I use the palm pad the signal is strong enough to reach the garage transceiver, the slim line signal doesn't reach...but it IS received by the CM15A (and reported in the activity monitor,but NOT transceived).
If I enable "A" in AHP, the slimline works...
