Title: Controlling Pool Pump and 24v valve

I am seeking a way to control my 220v pool pump automatically on a daily schedule and manually on/off in the off time. I would also like to be able to control a 24v valve for a water feature on the same pump. I know there are many pool controls out there, but they are very expensive and have way too many features for me. Thanks in advance
