Title: When X10 Home Security calls my cell phone . . .

When X10 Home Security calls my cell phone can I listen AND talk to wife at home? If I can only listen is there a way to allow two-way communication (between cell phone and house) with my wife - by activating a speaker phone?  The idea here is that she may not be able to get to a phone. She will not even know I am listening in. Any ideas appreciated.
