i have a cm15a, can i use older sensors and controllers?
like say KF574?
i want the cm15a to directly receive and understand signals from the KF574..?
what about the window/door sensors, and motion detectors that originally came with an X10 security system?
security master remote SH624 ?
Security Door/Window Sensor DS10A-SC ?
Security Wireless Motion Detector MS10A-SC
thx!

The CM15A is designed only for Active Home Pro. Unless you bought it off E-Bay by itself, it's useless without AHP.

Did you get the plug in modules as part of your CM15A purchase?
OnAlert is the Security Module and I believe is part of most of the package deals now being offered.

i got the cm15a from a yard sale
downloaded software from some european site
it seems to work ok
not sure if security plugins are included or not
only 'smart macros' and 'onalert' are listed
now i read that the security remotes don;t really have good range with the cm15a anyway

ok
i do have onalerts
i can see RF events in the history log
so can i write a macro that will trigger off RF commands [instead of just things that happen on the power line]?

The European version of AHP is totally different than the version for US/Canada and it should not accept any domestic plug-ins. :'(

well - i see the RF stuff
apparently it works
