Title: does anyone know about the programming protocol for cm19a

while back ,i guy in our robot group made a dll file from cm17a,now since it is usb and 2 way device ,is there anyboy has the protocol,main reason we need it for a special robot program that does API calls and cant use the dll file that comes with CM19A
