I have AHP with I Watchout installed and a XC18A. I have a video receiver on my TV that works fine. I want to access the camera from AHP. How do I do that. I added the module to AHP and set up the correct address, no luck. I'm stumped.

What did you install is as in AHP unless the XC18 is part of the add-on for I Watchout. It does not appear in regular AHP without I Watchout.

Did you connect a va11 or va12 video adapter? Do you have your video receiver hooked up to the va11 or va12? If not, you will need a va11 or va12 video adapter to hook your receiver into.

When I start AHP it says I have IWatchout registered. Do I need to do something to activate it? Do I need additional hardware?
Does this require a VA11A or VA12A to work?
What I really want to do is see video remotely through MyHouse OnLine.

I think I've got it. I need another receiver (continue to use existing with my TV) and the USB adapter, Right?
So this video doesn't coekm across the powerlines like other X10 stuff? It's all wireless?

You need a va 11 or va12 and another receiver unless you want to use the one that your tv is using. And I assume that you have a cm15 since you have AHP.

It's all making sence now. I have the CM15. I was thinking it can over the AC lines like other X10 products, now that I know it's all wireless I've got it figured out.
Thanks for everyone's help. I'm sort of new to this great big X10 world.

The wireless cameras are RF (radio frequency). They turn on through the powerlines, but the video and sound is RF.
Your very welcome. And have fun! >!

One more question.
I have "CameraMate" unit I've had for a few years. It has standard RCA inputs and USB output. I bought it to take my old VHS home-movies and digitize them to be burned to CD. Does anyone see why this can't replace the VA11 or VA 12. With this I think all I will need is the receiver to complete this project.
