I have the 43 pc X10 Home Security System Wireless Alarm DS7000, Everything works, but the module wont dial out!! any ideas?

Is the phone service through cable; internet or old fashioned wired to the phone company?
Some with cable and internet have had to do a few things to get theirs to work.
