Just received my system today and after checking all the pieces I am 3 parts short of what I ordered. I was charged for the parts, but they weren't in the box.
I can't do anything until monday, do I call customer service or sales to correct this?

I would think Customer Service or the online problem form.

Same thing happened to me once. I called them and calmly explained what happened and they shipped the last few parts out that day.

I called customer service this morning and explained, the girl said she would put an order in for the missing parts and they would be sent out. Didn't give me a time line though. Hopefully it won't take long.
