You sure can! Although I wouldn't expect great range... those units are mini radio transmitters (just millwatt instead of Kilowatt). I don't own one... but would guess range to be only a few feet.

If the receivers are all on the same channel and with in range. More than one should work.
I found the users manual for the AK13A "Wireless Extender for the iPod Mini" on the FCC web site for type accepted devices. It says 50 feet.
Also found other files like internal and external photos. Schematic and parts list. ;D
https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm
Grantee Code: B4S
Product Code AT13T
Details Tab.
Strange thing is I can't find it in the X10 Instructions or in the ftp manuals area?
Manual is slightly too large to attach here, but I tried. ???

Hi daveinmd,
Were you able to get them to play well?
What was the effective range you were getting with acceptable signal and no audio dropout?
Any static?
Thanks,
eagle

I chose not to try this route for the time being.
