Title: Testing the phone call

Is it possible to test if the console will actually call with out setting of the alarm sound? Thanks

Not that I am aware of. Put some tape over the sirens and give 'er a whirl!

Much of setting up X10... is best done when you have the home to yourself.

OK I tried it . no phone call.  I have Vonage.  I know there are threads on it.  what can I do to make it work?

thanks Dave.  I put the DSL piece on and it worked.  I now have a fully operational Death star. >!
