right now my hardware configuration of AHP latest version shows Interface Clock time correct, but date as 12/31/10! Yes, I checked the date setting on my PC, and it shows 12/31/09. I've tried clearing interface memory and downloading fresh, but it doesnt work. Being a year off is more than a nuisance since it throws off days of the week.
How do I get the Interface clock to correct itself?
Thanks for your help out there, and Happy New Year

Shut down AHP. Unplug the CM15A and replace the batteries. Plug the CM15A back into the outlet and Open AHP. Clear the interface, and reload it.

Dan,
What does your CM15A report as the date?
The year on my three units has been off from time to time since I've had them. For some reason, I think the year syncs up for about 6 months. I always figured this was a programming glitch, and it never bothered me that much.
Heck, I had forgotten about it till this thread.

Well, whaddya know? :o
Mine claims it's 12/31/2010 when it's really 12/31/2009 to! ???
Mine is a pretty early release CM15A. Back before they even offered Smart Macros.

Weird. I just checked mine, and guess what? The Interface is the same as the PC - January 1, 2010 at 9:00 AM.

Mine is correct also. I'm running version 3.228. Sorry, I don't have a solution to your problem except to reload the program.

Should have checked it last night. I'll bet all of our are on track at this point. Let's re-visit this thread in, say, August and see if they're still correct.
