Hi,
I have an issue with a new CM15pro can anyone help. I cannot get a dusk timer (or any timer) to activate an AM12 lamp module. Installation is as follows:
CM15pro
AHP3.2.4
AM12 Lamp modules x 2
LM12 Lamp modules x 2
Appliance modules
SH624 Remote
SC2800 Alarm Console
I have created some timers, downloaded them to the CM15pro but they will not activate at the specified time. Within AHP the units are showing as on. If I switch the units off and back on manually using AHP they will switch off at the time specified by the timers. What I really want to do is have the units switch on at dusk and off at midnight. I the AM15 on a unique code of A7 this is not in use.
I have tried this with an LM module and the response is the same.
The activity monitor is not showing any activity for the timers either.
I have checked the obvious such as:
Location - mine is Dubin, Ireland.
Dusk resolution is 1.5% - adjusted to .15%
Interface time is correct as per my PC time.
Any help appreciated.

I'm sure that you are using the Europeen way of using time in your computer and unfortunately it wont work. i.e day/month/ year or something similar.
You have to set your computer the US way i.e month/day/year while you're dealing with CM15 and APH.
I had the same problem and it fixed my problem. BTW, Marmitek's FAQ will tell you the same story.
Good luck

Many thanks .......... but I have tried that.
I have sent the unit back after discussing the case with the Marmitek support guys. They are sending me a replacement.
