Title: Hardware Configuration - Crashes

Hi all,

Running AHP 3.228 and getting crashes when entering Hardware Interface Configuration.  Turns out for some reason I was missing a file called ICities.xml on my AHP directory in Windows.  Pulled it from my old PC with AHP and I am back up and running.  If you are having similar issues, it might be worth a look....

ICities.xml is dated 6/27/2004 and dates from my first install of AHP in 2005.  It should come with any install of AHP.
