I moved into a house with x10 switches, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Glad I found this forum!
My setup consists of 3 outdoor lights, 2 three-way wall switches inside and the switch I mentioned in the subject line, a Leviton x31220 89 wall switch. I think with some testing and maybe some filters I can get the outdoor lights and 2 three-way switches working properly, but the other switch is a bit of a mystery to me. I can only get it to control and dim a track light mounted to a rafter in my vaulted ceiling. But if the light stays on any length of time it won't turn off. It's 2 little halogen bulbs. I also have a chandelier hanging down from the same rafter that won't come on at all. I'm assuming it's controlled by the Leviton x31220 89 switch. It looks like the x10 wireless slimline switches except that it is wired in. I searched google and this forum and didn't find anything of use...
anyone know this switch?
TIA

Leviton and X10Pro are two manufacturers; that I know; made wired in wall controllers.
They look like a wall switch with more than one button.
Some used a base unit that could take varied button modules so they could be customized to what you wanted. Sounds like this is what you have. Probably Leviton as that is what you have for some of the other devices.
Will see if I can find anything.

Thanks, Brian H. I'll start looking looking around at the Leviton products to see if they have a new model for comparison.
Also, attached to my rafter is a 6" square box that I suspect is tied into this switch. But it's about 12'-15' up in an open space, so I'll have to get a tall stepladder to get up there.
