Hi, reyesjc743.

Finally I received help from people of X10. Go to the following address and do what they say. You should be able to register your software now.

http://kbase.x10.com/wiki/Creating_A_Vanguard_Shortcut

Make sure that your VA12A device is attached to your PC and VR42A receiver is on.

Please, let me know if it works for You. Now I can see my cameras thru the web.

Don't open the browser. Double click the rundll32 link that You made in your video. The browser will open automatically and You will be able to register your software.
