I recently purchased a CM15A & Active Home to replace and upgrade my old CP290 serial controller and software, both equally old, but worked well. We live in a very isolated house with a 1000' driveway.
My system consists of the following -
8 - Lamp modules X10 LM465, Magnavox LMT-101 & RS 61-2682B
6 - Appliance modules Various brands
2 - Wall switch RS 61-2683
1 - Dimming module Levitron 6376
2 - RF Receivers RS 61-2676B
2 - HR12A
1 - Hard wired coupler 497395 Brand Unk.
1 - RF repeater X10 SR731
1 - CM15A
Plus AHP v3.236software
Also available 1- CP290 which was in use until last week
1 – 2414U Smart Labs
1 – TI 103
Reliability is generally not bad, but the reason I'm writing is the problem I'm having with programing my new CM15A, I seem unable to use the dim function on the timer. On and off work fine, but I don't seem to be able to dim Levitron 6376 and other lamp modules through the timer?? The computer GUI control panel works fine but the same commands sent from the timer do not seem to be working. Which interface do I use for each module??
Also what is the next step to improve my reliability ?
Also I'm was unable to register my Active Home software, I got the email, but not the registration
number. Did I miss something on that email or was I sent the wrong email?

just change your module definition for some more basic ones (wls 467 for leviton and lm465 for ALL X10 ones )
the timers sends extended codes on the line and the AHP GUI don`t, that`s why you cannot dim your modules on the timers.
I have some of your modules models in my house and it`s the only way i make them work RELIABLY.
Hope it will help
