I have a Transceiver Module RR501, Lm465, and a KR22A remote. I have everything set up Transceiver is set to House A, Unit 1. The LM465 is set to Unit 1 House A also. Been going crazy trying to trouble shoot why nothing is working. What am I doing wrong?

Does the KR22A toggle the RR501s internal switch when A1 on and off is sent? If it does not toggle we have to find out why the KR22A is not activating the RR501.
If it does toggle the internal switch. Then we have to troubleshoot a power line problem to the LM465. Try moving the LM465 to a few places in the home and see if it can be controlled anywhere in the home.
You may also want to rotate all the House and Unit Code dials on all the modules and then reset to your choice. We have seen a few cases of the switches being intermittent and the settings where not what the user chose.
Few links to helpful tips on getting X10 devices working.

don't know if this is your issue; whether you've tried this or not -- but when nothing X-10 works for me, I grab a $2 extension cord (NOT a power strip) and an incandescent lamp. Plug *errything* into the extension cord and try it.
Doing so - I take some of the known X-10 problems out of the loop and I can examine a smaller ecosystem for the bug.
